European style dinners are offered a couple times a week. Our goal is to prepare meals with quality ingredients and fresh produce (organic where possible), everything made from scratch and with a dash of love. You’ll find some very soothing wines on our wine list, most of them from BC. In winter time you can listen to the fire crackling in the fireplace, the snowflakes dancing through a sleepy landscape, in summer you will watch some fabulous sunsets behind Hudson Bay Mountain (at 10 o’clock at night)and you can still go for a stroll at 11 pm when dusk is just starting to set in!

Some of our local artists have exhibited their work in the lodge - there are magnificent stained glass windows by Carmel Marchant, beautiful photographs by Wendy Perry and Rolf Kopfle, a world class wildlife photographer who immigrated from Switzerland several years ago.

 

Quiet, without interruptions or telephones...you get the work done in half the time. We make sure there is fresh coffee/tea and refreshments for the breaks. Flipchart, overhead projector and TV/Video are available on request. Lunch is served in the Dining room. For larger group meetings the Dining room is available as well (up to 40 people, depending on the table set up)
